UTPB Best Summer Scholarship Program

UT Permian Basin is offering summer tuition discounts to students admitted to a UTPB Master of Arts in Education Program (Educational Leadership, Principal Certification, Superintendent Certification, or Special Education) via the BEST Scholarship Program.

Tuition for qualifying graduate students will be reduced to $310 for each 3-hour course this summer only.

The IOL 2010 Program is Live - Register Today

If you’ve been waiting to register until you see the full conference program, it is now available on the IOL website. The lineup includes presentations from experts across the UT System as well as a handful of outside colleges and universities.

Whether you are new to online learning, or have been in the field for years, you are sure to find sessions of interest. Early bird registrations ends Friday, April 9th, so be sure to save money and register now.




The deadline for nominations for the 2010 Innovations in Online Learning Awards has been extended until Monday, March 15th. We encourage you to nominations from throughout UT System institutions for recognition in the field of online education. We look forward to seeing you and your colleagues in May.

Blackboard Maintenance Scheduled During Spring Break

The UTTC Blackboard installation is scheduled for preventive maintenance, requiring six hours of downtime, during the weekly Blackboard maintenance window. Blackboard will be unavailable from 12:00am - 6:00am CST on Tuesday, March 16, 2010. We apologize for the inconvenience.

New Program Upddate - MSN-FNP

Information is now available at the UT TeleCampus website for UT El Paso’s Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner. This high-demand degree program prepares graduates with academic and clinical expertise for assuming responsibility for promoting, maintaining, and restoring health to individuals and families across the life span. (Like the Ph.D., this program does require some on-site visits as noted on the web pages.)

Disability Services Contact Page

A Disabilities Services page was added to the UT TeleCampus website. Students who have or suspect they have a disability requiring accommodation can find contact information on the page for the campus offices for students with disabilities. Any student who needs accommodations should contact their host campus office for students with disabilities as soon as their enrollment has been confirmed.
